MEETING & STUDY ROOMS

When we’re not using the library’s meeting rooms, you can!  Nonprofit, governmental groups, and schools have no hourly fees (set-up charge may apply.)   Commercial businesses and private parties fees rates as shown.

CONFERENCE ROOM

  • 12 at a conference table/16 classroom style
  • Free Wi-Fi and whiteboard
  • Main floor location
  • Free for non-profit, government, or schools
  • $10 per hour for private or commercial use
  • Additional $20 per event for Digital Ceiling Projector System – includes digital ceiling projector, screen, CD/DVD/Blu-ray, hearing assistance, microphone, and laptop

 

COMMUNITY ROOM

Community Room seats up to 110 theater style; 80 banquet style (4 chairs per side); 54 classroom style (3 chairs facing projection equipment) on the second floor. Indicate setup  on your booking form.

  • Free Wi-Fi, small kitchenette and baby grand piano
  • Non-profit, government, or schools: $20 set up fee
  • Private or commercial use: $40 per hour
  • Additional $20 per event for Digital Ceiling Projector System – includes digital ceiling projector, screen, CD/DVD/Blu-ray, hearing assistance, microphone, and laptop

SMALL GROUP STUDY ROOMS


3 study rooms available on a First-Come basis. Prioritized for adult groups of 2 or more.  Individuals and children may be asked to vacate the room in times of heavy demand.

  • Free use
  • 4 chairs around a table
  • Rooms are not sound-proof
  • Study rooms cannot be reserved in advance

  • Reserve rooms up to 3 months in advance
  • Unfortunately, we cannot book repeatable events (once a week for all year, etc.)
  • Event within 24 hours?  Call the library at 347-7111 to book
