Seventy-seven chamber members and guests enjoyed the October 9th Puttin' On Pekin breakfast. Dave Osborn from Trouble Free Plumbing won the early prize, while Bruce Hoerr from Winpak won the late prize. The Spotlight on Business was presented to Arlene Heine-Meyer from World Wide Travel. The Blue Ribbon Award was presented to Jackie Hammond who owns the apartments on the corner of 5th and Broadway. Jim McConoughey, CEO of the Heartland Partnership, presented a regional economic update. Recorded on October 9, 2009
