The Pekin Chamber of Commerce Presents its Annual Meeting featuring Dr. Paul Sebesta, the director at the National Center for Agricultural Utilization Research in Peoria. Recorded April 27, 2009 Funding for this grant project was awarded by the Illinois State Library (ISL), a Department of the Office of Secretary of State, using funds provided by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), under the federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA).
